We have listed some of the services that we will provide to you the client if you are in need of assistance in any of these areas. We wish only to help your company succeed in any areas that you feel the need for our service.
- TSL Ltd. will work with the management to design hiring guidelines
for all TSL Ltd.
Employees.
- Design a policy and procedure for all TSL Ltd. employees to follow.
To provide services in
a professional manner for our client.
- Administer all personnel functions daily to provide a safe and
efficient operation.
- Decisions, regarding personnel and policy changes will be submitted
to our client prior to
effective date.
- Strict guidelines will be followed addressing any discipline
necessary to protect the work environment of all employees, as well as
the service commitment to you the client and your customers.
- Provide and maintain on site all compliance issues regarding DOT
file requirements.
- Provide support and regulatory help regarding CDL driver compliance.

Payroll Commitment
-
A weekly invoice will be provided to you. We have designed our payroll
invoice to explain all charges assessed with utilizing TSL Ltd. employees. Invoices
will provide the weekly and year to date payroll and costs for the service of TSL Ltd.

Payroll checks will be delivered by UPS to our work location, mailed to
employee residence, or direct deposited. The client will pay. (UPS charges)

Any errors in weekly paychecks will be brought to our payroll department
and the matter resolved on the following pay.

TSL Ltd. has never had a payroll failure with any client. We dedicate our
service commitment to provide the best service in the industry.

TSL LTD. Requirements of the Client
Our service agreement will be for one-year period and renewed each year
provided TSL Ltd. and the client mutually agree on the renewal.
- We require escrow provided to TSL Ltd. equal to 1-week payroll; in
addition, any hold back week, plus monthly insurance total if the client
uses our insurance. Escrow mutually agreed upon to be invoiced weekly with a
deposit prior to the issue of first payroll. Escrow may also be provided by ILOC (irrevocable letter of credit.)
- TSL Ltd. must receive from The Client’s liability insurance company a
certificate of coverage endorsing TSL Ltd. as additionally insured with
respect to our employees. Minimum coverage $1,000,000.00 per incident. TSL
Ltd. also will be listed on your general liability for a minimum of
$1,000,000.
